Melodydrop

A dock speaker for the first 'ipod shuffle'. It functions through the experience of a tumbler toy (self-righting toy). Such actions as pushing, pulling or spinning it in diverse directions will control the volume, play or pause the tracks. By incorporating the tumbler toy inside the speaker it expands the usability to a more intuitive and unique method. Melody drop started as an intuition as an image with the form of water dropping- overlapping image came to me as a form of a note in music.
